Dr. Scheuller, the Medical Director at Delta Waves, is board certified in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. He accomplished his undergraduate studies at UCLA, and earned his Doctor of Medicine at USU in Bethesda, MD. He completed his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio TX, followed by a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Wilford Hall Med Center also in San Antonio.
He was raised as 1 of 5 children, including a twin brother, in Kaysville, Utah. He competed in collegiate cross-country, running for the University of Michigan. Dr. Scheuller was prompted to study medicine after his father suffered a heart attack while running with him in a Father Son 5k Challenge. He states, “I was amazed at how they were able to bring my dad back from an otherwise fatal incident, and I wanted to learn how I could help people in that way.” His desire to help others remains resolute, as his patients appreciate his attentive, personalized care.
In 2000-2002 he served as an overseas missionary. While he enjoys hiking, biking, running and camping; he and his wife stay plenty busy with their three young sons.
Originally from Sioux City, Iowa, Pam McBride attended St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Briar Cliff College in Sioux City. She has been a nurse since 1979 and completed her Masters in Nursing in 2009 with a specialty in geriatrics. She also has an MBA from Regis University and Master of Arts in Security Studies from Air University. Pam served in the U.S. Air Force for 27 years and retired as a Colonel. She comes from a long lineage of military service, including her father who served in Vietnam as a pilot. Pam moved to Colorado in 1990 – she and her husband have three grown children and seven wonderful grandkids. She is an avid animal lover, and has horses, dogs, cats and even frogs thanks to one of her grandsons! Her hobbies include volunteering for the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, gardening, listening to audio books while driving and spending time with her family.
Dr Leigh practices neurology in Montana and Colorado. He is board certified APBN in Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He also holds a board certification in Electrodiagnostic Testing AANEM.
He graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelors of Science in Physiology. Then went on to medical school through the United States Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY; where he received his Medical Doctor Degree. His neurology residency training was completed at New York University.
In addition, he served as an active duty neurologist at the United States Air Force Academy and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his accomplishments there. He enjoys roadbiking, hiking, and hanging out with his family.
Dr. Scott Mallette was born in Gulfport, Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in mathematics and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. After serving 4 years in the Air Force, he was awarded an Air Force medical scholarship and obtained his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. After graduation Dr. Mallette returned to active Air Force service and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Dr. Mallette has twenty years of experience in both out-patient clinical and hospital medicine. During his military medical career, he was the Medical Director of multiple out-patient Internal Medicine clinics and commanded a 50-person multi-specialty clinic. Dr. Mallette retired from the military in 2016 and entered private practice as a hospital medicine physician.
Dr. Mallette is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He enjoys spending time with his with his wife of 30 years, and his family, which includes 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. He also enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, and golfing.
Terri brings over 14 years of experience in pediatrics, family medicine, and urgent care to our Delta Waves team. She enjoys working with children and when she is not helping them feel better, she enjoys spending time with her family and all that the Colorado outdoors have to offer.
Dr. Tarshis grew up on Long Island, just outside of New York City and consequently was a huge New York Mets fan. He graduated from Brown University, in Rhode Island with a Bachelor's in Biology. He then attended U.C. San Diego Medical School, where he obtained his Medical Doctor (M.D.) Degree. Dr. Tarshis then trained in the specialty of Primary Care and Family Medicine completing his residency in Falls Church, Virginia. He has been dedicated to practicing board-certified family medicine. for 30 years.
Dr. Gary Tarshis, was drawn to the open spaces of the Rockies and the warm-hearted midwest culture of the Colorado Springs community. He especially loves helping patients navigate difficult health challenges and working with patients of all ages.
Outside of the medical office, Dr. Tarshis hikes, plays the piano, and claims he's not a bad cook. He and his wife, a former Memorial Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse have raised their kids with an appreciation for the for the great outdoors, they are avid hikers and climbers. Delta Waves is pleased to have Dr. Tarshis on our team and believe we will benefit from his extensive experience and passion for working with patients and families.
Born and raised in Kansas City, MO, Dr. Daniel Fellhauer studied medicine at the University of Missouri, School of Medicine. After completing his residency program in Denver, he started his own family medicine practice in 1983 in Colorado Springs. In 1994, Penrose St. Francis gathered several doctors to from a medical group, and shortly thereafter he joined Mountain View Medical where he still practices today.
Dr. Fellhauer values establishing long term relationships with his patient and especially likes the continuity of of care that comes from treating his patients from a very young age through adulthood and even treating generations of families. He aims to help his patients achieve their best health by helping them prevent disease through ongoing communication and regularly scheduled visits. Dr. Fellhauer also strives to be a good example to his patients by watching his own health and exercising regularly. He enjoys hiking, biking and skiing as well as spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
